Keto Waffles

These keto waffles are kid approved and absolutely guilt free! You can omit the vanilla and baking powder in the recipe and they will still cook up great.  Top it with whatever you would like,  the nutrition listed is ONLY for the waffle, not for the toppings.

Other topping ideas, a few fresh berries with cream. Shake a little cinnamon and add butter. You can also make these savory by adding some bacon and or cheese into your batter before putting them into the waffle iron.

Keto Waffles

Ingredients

    For the Waffles:
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 ts baking powder
  • 1 tsp swerve
    For the syrup:
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp swerve

Instructions

    For the waffles:
  1. Pre-heat waffle maker. Spray with Keto approved oil (coconut, avocado or olive)
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into bottom of waffle iron. Close, wait 3-5 minutes (this time can vary depending on your waffle iron)
  4. Carefully lift them out of the waffle iron. Top with butter, berry syrup and whipped cream
  5. Enjoy!
