Fathead Naan Bread


  • Fathead Pizza Dough recipe
  • 2 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 3/4 cups of almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter
  • Onion powder (optional)
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Spice Blend, such as Mrs. Dash (optional)
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees (f).
  2. In a microwaveable mixing bowl add cream cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir until cheeses are thoroughly blended.
  5. Working very quickly add almond flour and egg.
  6. Stir until mixed well (you can put in microwave for another 15-20 seconds if cheese mixture stiffens too soon).
  7. Pour onto parchment lined cookie sheet or pizza pan.
  8. Place another parchment sheet over mixture and roll out until about 1/8 of an inch thick (a nice heavy pint glass is perfect for this).
  9. Bake for 12 minutes or until GBD status is reached (Golden Brown and Delicious).
  10. Remove from oven and brush entire surface of the naan with butter.
  11. I found that Mrs. Dash has all the spices I like in one little shaker so I sprinkle that over the bread, but use what you like most.
  12. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds (optional).
  13. Place back in oven for another 3 to 5 minutes.
